It is time for Rosé wine!

Generally more appreciated by women, for its fresh and fruity side, this rosé attracts more and more consumers for its authenticity and its typicity. The fact that it is pressed as soon as the grapes are picked allows us to obtain a pink color, whereas, for the vinification of red wine, the grape will macerate with the juice in a tank. This production is not the main one for us, this is not a Vouvray appellation but a Touraine.
